Privacy Policy

Kraken Labs ("we", "us") makes SyncFrame VST. This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep it minimal on purpose.

What we collect

• Your name and email, when you request a demo key or buy a license. We use them to generate your license and email it to you, and to re-send your key if you lose it.
• Payment details are handled entirely by PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank information. We receive only a confirmation that a payment completed, tied to your order.

What we do not do

• The SyncFrame plugin runs offline. License checks are optional and, when made, send only your license ID to verify it has not been deactivated. No usage data, files, or video ever leave your machine.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers.
• This website uses no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

Email

License and purchase emails are sent through Resend on our behalf. We email you only about your license and purchases, not marketing, unless you ask us to.
