Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of SyncFrame VST and any license you buy from Kraken Labs. By installing or using the software, you agree to them.

The license

• A purchased license is a lifetime, non-exclusive license to use SyncFrame for your own work, personal or commercial, on the machines you use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or share your license key, or attempt to circumvent the licensing. Keys tied to abuse or chargebacks may be deactivated.
• The free demo is fully functional but places a watermark over the video until a valid license is applied.

Updates

Bug-fix and maintenance updates within a major version are included with your license. We aim to keep SyncFrame working across current DAW and OS releases, but cannot guarantee compatibility with every host or future OS.

No warranty

SyncFrame is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kraken Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Always keep backups of your projects.
