We want you to buy SyncFrame only once you know it works for you, which is exactly why there is a free, fully-functional demo.

Try before you buy

The demo runs with a watermark but is otherwise complete. Please download it and confirm SyncFrame works in your DAW and on your machine before purchasing a license. It is the best way to avoid needing a refund at all.

14-day refunds

If you buy a license and it does not work as described, email thomas@krakenlabs.io within 14 days of purchase with your order details, and we will refund you. We would also love the chance to fix the problem first, if you are up for it.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are returned through PayPal to the original payment method. Once refunded, the associated license key is deactivated.
